Located about 60 km east of Vancouver at the junction of Highway 13 and the Fraser Highway, the community of Aldergrove is located at the southeastern edge of the Township of Langley. This urban community lies on the border of the USA, directly across from Lynden, Washington, and acts as one of the five land-based border crossings in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia.

Aldergrove is largely a farming and agritourism community. It’s a great place to live if your vision of home is a hobby farm, micro-brewery or winery, or you just like a property with a lot of elbow room. With a large percentage of this area in the Agricultural Land Reserve, most homes are single-family dwellings.
