I've worked with Katronis for years now. I specifically work with Andrew Garisto and he's been nothing but amazing. He promptly replies all of my texts / emails / questions. He makes time to support me in all my decisions, listens to my specific detailed requests and genuinely cares. I've never felt pressured at all into buying or selling my property by him. He's always provided an honest opinion and been transparent with me. He's also been excellent at getting me in to view places last minute and been available practically 24/7. I'm not sure the guy sleeps. I would highly recommend working with this team.
