My husband and I were unsettled in our decision to put up our Cloverdale home for sale. We would highly reccomend the Katronis Real Estate team. They more than exceeded our expectations. The fact that they are a "team" compared to being a single realtor really helped for viewing properties around our busy schedule. We were looked after from start to finish. One of the properties we were considering was nice, but not really everything that we wanted and we considered it a "fall back, second choice" if we weren't able to get exactly what we were looking for. When we were out looking at places, the comment was made "you don't want to spend the next 5-10 years living in your fall back second choice home, lets find the place that is right for you.
