Edith Katronis
Team Leader and Listing Specialist.
Edith has been marketing, evaluating, negotiating and selling Real-estate since 1982. From her second year onward Edith has sold enough homes every year to be on the exclusive medallion list, awarded only to the top 10% of Fraser Valley real estate agents. In the last 8 years she has been in the top 1% of all 2500+ Realtors on the Fraser Valley board and in recent years as high as top 3. Edith attributes her success to hard work, ingenuity, creativeness and dedication to the industry. Edith believes that to be the best agent possible one has work FULL TIME and be completely submersed in the business.
Edith has been married for over 40 years and has 3 wonderful grown children. Edith met her husband while studying at UBC and graduated there in 1973 with an undergrad in Commerce. Her son Jonathan is a partner with the Katronis team, Edith’s youngest son is in the building business and her daughter Lisa who was a licensed realtor is on Maternity leave. Edith is proud to say that all three of her children graduated from Trinity Western University. When Edith is not working, she loves spending time with her 2 young grandchildren, reading, walking, spending time with friends and neighbours and worshiping at Sunday morning church. Edith is also very close with her German and Greek Relatives who she visits as often as she can.

Jonathan Katronis
Team Manager and Expert Negotiator
Jonathan has been has been a licensed agent since 2006. In his first year as a Licensed Realtor Jonathan achieved “Rookie of the Year” award for Homelife Western Canada and has been in the top 5% for the company every year since then. Jonathan studied business at Trinity Western University with a focus in Finance. While studying at University he interned at Export Development Canada where he worked as a research analyst studying market trends in various pharmaceutical sectors. After graduating from University, Jonathan spent a year travelling gaining “worldly experiences” before starting his Real Estate career. Real Estate was a natural choice as he had grown up with it all of his life. His apprenticeship with Edith (his mother) started at an early age when she would bring him to appointments if baby sitters were unavailable. As Jonathan grew older he would help Edith with her community giveaways and deliver poinsettias plants at Christmas time and pumpkins on Halloween. Now, fully immersed in the business, Jonathan and Edith work together to create the best possible experience for their Real Estate clients. In Jonathans spare time he goes hiking with his wife, fishing with his dad and competes in squash tournaments on the occasional weekend. Jonathan’s favourite Quote is “Winners never quit and quitters never win.”
Andrew Garisto
Provinceton Listing Specialist and Buyers Agent
Andrew has been a licensed Realtor since 2008 and is now the buyer’s agent specialist for Cloverdale, Langley, South Surrey and White Rock. Andrew is an energetic, hard working Realtor who takes pride in providing his clients with results that exceed their expectations. Andrew is constantly educating himself to keep current with the Real Estate industry in the Fraser Valley and beyond. As well as the many Real Estate courses Andrew has taken, he also completed a 7 month Business Coaching Course with Richard Scott to develop new marketing strategies for the team. Andrew was born and raised in Cloverdale and comes from a large Catholic family. He went to Holy Cross secondary where Andrew played football for 5 years. He continued his football career playing for the Surrey Rams for 1 year after high school. Andrew now enjoys playing tennis, an occasional round of golf and plays the guitar and piano. He regularly attends the Chamber of commerce lunches, so next time you are there, be sure to say hello he would love to talk to you!
Kimberley Lockhart
Licensed Agent
I joined Homelife Cloverdale in 2010 and became part of The Katronis Team in 2012. There is nothing more satisfying than helping Buyers and Sellers achieve their goals and dreams. Although sometimes transactions are triggered by unhappy events, helping people sort through the process and get the result they need is tremendously rewarding. Not only do I get to be in the room when they find out they have been successful in their transaction – I get to tell them about it!
I believe one has to move into this industry with an outlook like no other agent. There are hundreds of agents available and I strive to think a little outside the box to give my clients an experience that they won’t soon forget. I ensure that all of the needs and wants are taken care of to make for a smooth transaction and create a personal level of confidence to trust me to look after their current and future needs.
I possess Curiosity, creativity and a passion for doing the right thing – even if it’s the hardest thing! I take my work extremely seriously, but myself – not at all. I always enjoy life, laughing and giving satisfaction to those around me.
Michelle Katronis
Licensed Assistant
Michelle was born and raised in Vancouver and obtained her Real Estate license in 2008 from UBC Sauder School of Business. She worked as an office manager at Sotheby’s International Realty before joining the Katronis team in 2009. In 2010, Michelle also joined the Katronis family when she married Jonathan and they now live together in South Surrey.
Heather Samis
Full Time Office Administrator and full time assistant to Edith since 2000. Heather is a past realtor with over 18 years experience in the real estate industry. She also has 10 years as an assistant to another top 10 realtor.
